The Catholic Defender: What is the possible connection bewteen John Benko and Ryan Wesley Routh, both who are opposed to Donald Trump.

Trump is no conservative and no Christian. The never trumpers were right So says John Benko

"Someone has to say it. All those years writing checks to far left democrats like Kamala Harris show who Trump REALLY is. The move to the right was just a facade. The real Trump is a pro-gay, pro abortion, pro-digital currency leftist. Conservative Christians need to have the courage to be honest. Our allegiance to God must come before politicians, even this one. Even if you plan to vote for Trump in November, admit that we will have to lobby him hard because he is NOT one of us."

In 2016, President responded to these never trumper oppositions by admitting that as a builder in New York City, he has given support to both Democrat and Republican Candidates in order to promote his business. This is customary among business around the country.

Trump is not  "a pro-gay, pro abortion, pro-digital currency leftist" As Benko maintains who himself is on the wrong side again.

John Benko's attacks on Deppertruth's Donald Hartley was much like the attacks by the Democrats against Donald Trump making terrible false accusations that led to the first Assassination attemp in Butler Pennsylvania. Benko has subsequently placed Donald Hartley's email on his web-page to go after Donald Hartley with his false accusations, also placing Donald Hartley's sensive information on the internet, phone number, home address calling for people to harrass the Hartley family. Benko and Routh's similar political positions are highly dangerous.

Routh’s thoughts and fixations on global politics appeared idealistic to some who came across him, but his writings show how he became increasingly militant about the geopolitical forces he railed against.

His business pursuits, by contrast, appear relatively unremarkable. On Routh’s LinkedIn page, he said he started a company in 2018 called Camp Box Honolulu in Hawaii, which builds storage units and tiny houses. A story in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser said he donated a structure for homeless people.

During his court appearance on Monday, Routh said he was making $3,000 a month before his arrest, had “zero funds” in savings and had no assets beyond two trucks in Hawaii.

What's known about Ryan Wesley Routh, Trump assassination attempt suspect arrested in Florida

September 16, 2024 / 5:55 PM EDT / CBS News

A picture is emerging of Ryan Wesley Routh, the suspect who officials say pointed a high-powered rifle from the tree line of a Florida golf course where former President Donald Trump was golfing Sunday afternoon. The FBI and U.S. Secret Service are investigating the incident, which the FBI said "appears to be an attempted assassination of former President Trump."

Routh, 58, appeared in federal court Monday morning on two charges, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number. If convicted of both charges, he would face a maximum of 20 years in prison.

Routh was armed with an AK-47-style rifle and was allegedly 300-500 yards away from Trump when a member of the former president's Secret Service detail spotted his rifle in the tree line, according to Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw. (In an affidavit filed the following day, an FBI special agent described the weapon as "a loaded SKS-style, 7.62x39 caliber rifle with a scope.")

The suspect was a few holes ahead of where the president was golfing at the Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach, officials said. The Secret Service said Monday that the suspect did not have a line of sight to Trump.

The Secret Service says the agent opened fire at the suspect, who "did not fire or get off any shots at our agent," according to acting director Ronald Rowe.

Bradshaw said a witness then saw a man jump out of the bushes and flee in a black Nissan SUV. Officials got the license plate number, and the car was pulled over about 50 miles north of the golf course on I-95. The driver was detained and identified as the suspect.
